Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after successful payment. Our logistic partners are - FedEx, Delhivery, DHL, Bluedart, DTDC and Ecomexpress. The product we sell are non-returnable but each of the products listed on this website is having 6 to 12 months of replacement warranty. So if you receive a non-working product then we will replace the same with a new one. A refund can be issued if only we fail to deliver the product within the mentioned timeline. Within India, it will take 4 to 10 days for delivery and If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over Rs 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Payment info - buyers can pay us directly through the website using the given payment gateway(s). We don't offer offline payment options or Cash On delivery at this time.
NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS -
The customs department may charge some amount for importing any product from any foreign country.
The same amount needs to be paid by the buyer only.

Refund Policy
If the customer rejects the parcel even on the delivery timeline mentioned earlier then there will not be any refund of any amount.
We endeavour to process your refunds within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the Product. However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time were taken by the bank after the NEFT is initiated by our company Kingsidea Online Solution Private Limited. In case of any refund discrepancies, Kingsidea Online Solution Private Limited may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
We understand that in some scenarios, the Product may take more than 7 days to reach our warehousing and Quality Check facilities. In such a scenario, we process the refund amounts intermittently but, in case the Product does not clear the Quality check, we reserve all right to take appropriate steps to recover the amount already credited to your account. If there is any failure of delivery from our end then only we will refund the amount to the original source.
Return Policy
We offer a replacement warranty for a period of 6 months on products bought from our online store. There is no return option available. For replacement, We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
